## The situation

A homeowner with honey oak cabinets and bold orange accent walls reached out wanting to reduce the visual heaviness in the kitchen. The dark countertops, tile backsplash, and black appliances were all staying, which meant the cabinet update needed to balance the existing elements rather than compete with them.

## Results

Kitchen Cabinet Guys replaced all doors and drawer fronts with a white shaker profile, introducing contrast that balanced the orange walls and dark appliances without requiring a single change to the countertops, backsplash, or kitchen layout. The lighter cabinet face changed the room's visual proportion while every fixed material remained exactly as it was.
